Health Policy
Education + Research

Introducing our new 9-month immersion program in the study of health policy and individual rights.
Now accepting applications for our first cohort, beginning in September 2024.

Most people recognize the need for change in healthcare, yet the ideas put forth by mainstream policy experts and political leaders often fail to deliver meaningful improvements—or make the problems worse.

We believe that for a society to thrive, a new approach to health policy is needed that enables people to act more freely as producers and pursuers of health, guided by their own values and judgment. Our vision for health and society is one of competition, choice, and abundance in health and medicine, as against protection, control, and redistribution in the face of scarcity.

The Center for Modern Health is building a rigorous in-person educational program to cultivate new health policy thinkers. The program is for students who wish to deepen their understanding of the field and jumpstart careers in areas such as research, advocacy, industry, and entrepreneurship.
